her experience in recruiting and developing people. As Vice President
and managing partner of Catwalk Consulting, Catrina's role in attracting

The Bigger Picture
Catrina is a wife and mother of three.
She has always taken her role of developing people seriously, applying
her talents in unusual places. She served on the Corporate Development
Committee for the National Association of Women Business Owners, acting
as a liaison between members and corporate partners. An avid golfer,
Catrina is at home on the links or in the board room. "To know
people's true capacities, it's important to get beyond the surface
and see people in their real environments."
